Our boutique studio offers 40k sf of stage space with 1800amps per stage, 50 max tons of HVAC, breezeway space, along with support rooms conveniently located behind each one. Our various individual offices offer ample space to house each department in your production, and allow for you to create your own layout to fit your individual needs. Parking on our site is located just outside our stage doors, and provides a secure location for your crew during your stay with us.

Stages 1-3 stand alone at 10k SF & can be combined to create one 30k SF stage
Stages 4 and 5 stand alone at 5k SF & can be combined into one 10k SF stage

OFFICES & SUPPORT SPACE
Our Boutique Studio includes 3 Wardrobe rooms equipped with permanent wracks, and 3 remodeled Hair & Makeup rooms with 6 stations each. All of our support rooms are in close proximity to our 5 Stages. We offer a variety of support space options, including Individual Suites with a reception area for executives & Creative Space for larger teams with a kitchenette, restrooms, staff offices, and bullpen. Each of our suites are equipped with private restrooms and nighttime housekeeping. Wi-Fi is complimentary on-site and streaming capabilities may be incorporated in certain offices.
